1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Voss Web Studio (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

We provide website design, development, hosting, maintenance, consulting, and digital infrastructure services. The scope of each service is defined in the proposal or agreement accepted by the client.

We do not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to sales, leads, revenue growth, or conversion rates.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Supply content, materials, and approvals on time

  • Ensure that all materials provided are legally owned or licensed

You are solely responsible for the legality of your business, content, and advertising activities.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Setup fees are non-refundable

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

All prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Revisions and Support

Support and maintenance services are limited to the scope defined in your plan.

Excessive requests, changes outside scope, or repeated revisions may be billed separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • The Company retains ownership of frameworks, templates, and systems

  • The Client receives a license to use the final delivered website while services are active

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (hosting providers, analytics tools, payment gateways such as Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voss Web Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
